Throughout the semester, our office offered several professional development events for our graduate student staff. In addition, the entire office provided happy hours, coffee chats, and other social events (ex: Easter Egg hunt) to help engage with others.

COVID has made things difficult but overall we have had some coffee chats and staff meetings, trainings and PD's. There definitely could have been more virtual events offered to connect everyone and I hope this will improve in person next year.
